Cozy and Comfortable

I loved the cozy atmosphere of my room, which had a plate of chocolate-covered strawberries and a bottle of wine waiting for me upon arrival! The beds were incredibly comfortable, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The only downside was the bathroom cleanliness - there was a long hair in the bathtub that needed addressing. Overall, it felt like a lovely escape.

Pleasant Dining Experience

During my stay, I had the chance to dine at Vinny's Lounge & Grill. I had a $60 meal voucher as part of a date night package, which was a great touch! However, the meal quality was a bit disappointing. The steaks lacked seasoning and the vegetables were cold. Dessert tasted a bit basic too. It didn't quite match the beautiful setting of the restaurant.

Relaxing Pool and Hot Tub

I truly enjoyed my time at the pool and hot tub at the resort. It was a great way to unwind after a long day of hiking and exploring. I appreciated that the pool was open from early morning until 10 PM, accommodating all my relaxation needs. Though it did tend to be busy with kids, it still felt like a great spot to chill out.

Family-Friendly Spot

Traveling with my family, I found the amenities for kids to be fantastic! The pool was open in the mornings, giving the children plenty of time to enjoy their splash time before we went out for our adventures. The location just across the street from a park was also a big plus for letting the kids run around. Overall, it was a great family-friendly experience.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was great, right across from a spray park and close to everything in Waterton, the cleanliness and upkeep left much to be desired. The rooms were spacious but not well-maintained, and I faced issues with the air conditioning and the TV during my stay. I was also disappointed with the service, especially given some of the problems that arose.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the central location made it easy to explore everything Waterton has to offer, the room I stayed in was a major letdown. It felt like it hadn't been updated in ages, and unfortunately, it wasn't very clean upon arrival. The dining experience was fantastic, especially with the dessert they served. Overall, it was comfortable, but I think the hotel really needs to step up its game for the price they're charging.
